Ingredients
450g Pumpkin (南瓜), 4 Large Tomatoes (番茄), 1 Large Onion (洋葱), 100g Celery (西芹), 65g Peanut (花生), 6 Candied Dates (蜜枣), 1/4 Dried Tangerine Peel (陈皮), 600g Pork Bone (猪骨), 2,000 ml Water
- Wash and parboil pork bone in boiling water and drain.
- Peel, wash and cut pumpkin, tomatoes, celery and onion into large pieces.
- Soak dried tangerine peel in water until tender. Scrape off white pith.
- Put tangerine peel in water and bring to boil.
- Put all ingredients into hot water and bring to boil over high heat. Adjust to low heat and simmer for 1 hour.
- Turn heat off and add 1/2 tsp salt. Serve.
